A new occupational therapy service for children and young people in Cape Town – now taking referrals and offering therapy intervention at affordable rates.

Sterling Practice is an independent therapy service working with children and young people with developmental delays and neurodiverse presentations and disorders.  

We are a UK-based multidisciplinary practice with several private clinics and school-based provisions across London where we treat over 500 children a week for 1:1 interventive therapy and offer support and guidance to their families and educators.

We are expanding our footprint to South Africa, with our first clinic located in Pinelands, Cape Town and now accepting referrals. We offer highly specialised therapeutic approaches tailored to a young person’s needs.

Many of our London team hails from South Africa and it is part of mission to offer the best value rates possible to hard working families many of whom we know must make difficult choices to support their children’s additional needs.

Being part of a larger service,  Sterling Practice is able to offer affordable assessment and treatment options tailored for families. Our team has experience delivering diverse models of holistic care, ensuring high-quality services even in resource-constrained settings.
